Columbia is in need of improving housing options, which has not kept up with quickly growing surrounding areas and is facing challenges addressing the affordable housing needs of its residents, while also accounting for a limited tax base. This study will create a plan to address the development needs in Columbia and promote data driven decisions leading to the enactment of prudent policies, proper development and housing in the city limits.
